| The retreat is held at the beautiful sixteenth century Marsh Farm house in Binsted near Arundel, West Sussex. The weekend will be very relaxed with six classes of dynamic and hatha yoga and Pilates session to choose from. Evening Yoga Nidra is also included.
Three meals a day are included on the price all of which are home-made, vegetarian and organic. Please note we are happy to cater for specific dietary requirements such as gluten and or dairy free foods as long as you let us know beforehand.
Holistic therapies are available at extra cost (£20 per 30mins) and can be booked prior to the weekend. These include massage, reiki, refexology and holistic facials.
Your teacher, Sally Parkes, has twelve years teaching experience and is fully qualified. She also has a degree in Exercise Science and is trained in Hatha and Dynamic Yoga as well as pre and post-natal yoga and Pilates Matwork.

There are two double rooms and one single room. Other rooms are sharing. Single and double room supplements apply.
