Set amongst lush tropical gardens our holistic retreats are about
re-discovering yourself, connecting your body with mind and spirit. You can expect a friendly and warm welcome. We offer daily meditation, mixed ability Yoga and Pilates sessions and onsite holistic therapy treatments. Vegetarian meals using locally produced and sourced seasonal produce. Enjoy lots of free time to explore beautiful and secluded beaches, walks and local delights...Or just relax by the pool with a good book. Our newly built yoga studio and art space provides a sanctuary for all willing to surrender to the beauty that is our inner self.

Accommodation
Rustic Portuguese farmhouse style villa.
Shared en-suite dorm room (4 persons max)and double en-suite rooms available. Single supplements for the double rooms do apply. Spaces limited to 8 people per retreat.

Flights, Insurance and transfers are NOT included. Transfers can be arranged for you, for a nominal fee.
Faro airport is the nearest. Easyjet flights start from £40 return.
