| Lotus Yoga Retreat is a stunning beachfront yoga resort with eco-friendly accommodation in the tropical and unspoilt south of Goa. We are known for our friendly team and welcoming atmosphere, where an international clientele feel at home. It is our aim is to make your stay in India relaxing and inspiring, so that you feel leave feeling happier and healthier.
Located at the far southern end of Patnem beach next to a small verdant mountain, we have the prime location on one of Goa's best beaches. Built on fine, white sand between the relics of a sacred Hindu site and the ocean, Lotus Yoga Retreat is the perfect place for relaxing and watching the sea.
There is always a gentle breeze and the ocean is warm but refreshing - ideal for regular dips. Only a few minutes walk along the beach from shops and other fine restaurants, you can 'retreat' at our place but still 'escape by foot'. The surrounding area is breathtaking and easily accessible for short trips and excursions.
We offer yoga and meditation classes daily from November to April. You can choose between a flexible yoga holiday or a yoga retreat for a more profound practice.
Classes are held on a large yoga shala overlooking the ocean. We also offer various holistic treatments such as shiatsu, acupressure, reflexologhy, reiki, ayurvedic treatments and fasting/detox programmes.
| Accommodation
Lotus Yoga Retreat takes you back to nature. Our comfortable huts made out of bamboo, palm leaves and straw give you the necessary luxury without taxing the environment.
All the beach huts face the ocean, each having its own special view of the Arabian sea and the mountain. We pride ourselves on cleanliness, comfort and simplicity.
Thanks to our privileged location at the end of the beach you can rest assured that the nights are perfectly silent and you can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves.

International charter flights and domestic flights land at Goa Dabolim airport – an hours drive from Lotus Yoga Retreat.
