Luxury Yoga Activity Holiday In The Jungfrau Region of The Swiss Alps
Wengen is one of the Alps most beautiful resorts and the perfect base for our holidays. It is a UNESCO world site of beauty, free from public traffic and accessible by mountain railway.
This is an opportunity for everyday yoga practitioners to experience Debbie Fraser’s inspirational Yoga in one of the worlds most stunning, yet peaceful, natural playgrounds. Join us for a fantastic holiday with like minded people and new friends. Whether it’s hiking or cycling in summer or skiing/snowboarding in winter you are assured of an unforgettable holiday.
Our guests stay in the luxury 4* Silberhorn Hotel. There is dynamic Yoga to start the day, with lots of activities to enjoy in between and then gentle meditative Yoga to end the day, but remember this is your holiday- so do as much or as little as you please.
Non yoga partners and family are more than welcome to join in with our other activities and excursions but there are many wonderful, easily accessible places to visit and explore if you wish to head off alone.

Accommodation
The 4 star Silberhorn is a spacious, attractively furnished hotel providing a warm and friendly welcome with quality food and accommodation. We will practise Yoga in a private room which is part of the hotel's new wellness area.
Situated in the heart of Wengen,it has marvellous views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and surrounding mountains
Prices are for bed & breakfast based on 2 people sharing a twin room with private facilities. Please note a Swiss twin room will generally comprise of two separate mattresses and duvets in one large frame.
Single rooms are available at a supplement. Thare are also family rooms and apartments- let us know your requirements and we will work with the hotel to meet them.
