Cost: The cost for the yoga tuition, the accommodation, the brunches and the dinners will be €470 (single room) and €420 (double room) if you arrive on the 27th and leave on the first of January. It is possible to arrive earlier or depart later.

This Yoga workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga experience but also a great introduction if you have not done any yoga before. We will build up the poses gradually from standing, sitting, twists to backbends and inversions. Everyone will work within their own capability with attentive instruction and correction. The aim is to distribute weight evenly over your muscles, bones and joints. Once both sides of your body become symmetrical undue stress is removed. There will be a relaxation time at the end of the session for your body to absorb all the benefits of your hard work. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practise.
Camerino
Camerino is a medieval hill-top university town in the heart of the undiscovered Le Marche region. One of the most beautiful and varied regions of Italy, Le Marche is situated between the Adriatic sea and the high Apennine mountains.

Accommodation
The accommodation will be in the Monastery Santa Chiara 3 minutes by foot from the studio. All yoga classes will be held in the yoga studio.

Flight and Travel Details
Ryan Air flies from London Stansted to Ancona (50minute drive to Camerino). There are also direct flights to Rome (3hrs to Camerino) from Glasgow, Liverpool, Dublin, East Midlands and Stansted; to Perugia (90mins to Camerino) from Stansted; to Rimini (2hrs to Camerino) from Stansted and East Midlands and to Forli/Bologna (3hrs to Camerino) from Stansted, Birmingham and Dublin.
Easyjet flies to Rome (3hrs from Camerino) from Gatwick, Newcastle and Bristol.
Car hire is available at Airport.
Car share with other students is possible to arrange.
