Indian Head Massage is a soothing, relaxing, clothed massage technique that may help to gently release mental tension and stress and is easy to learn for beginners to practise on family and friends. Or Indian Head Massage training can be taken to a professional level to become a therapist or add to existing therapies through our IPTI accredited training.
Our Indian Head Massage workshops and training also includes some 'me time' in the form of meditation and relaxation practise, thereby helping you to relieve your tension and stress. You not only learn a life-long skill, but you benefit from receiving relaxing treatments during your Indian Head Massage training practise through our workshop.
